Skills and Principles for Resolving Conflict, November 3 & 4 2016 (Western WA)
Training Description: Practical skills are the cornerstone for this two day training designed to provide attendees with core conflict resolution principles. Learn about differentiating issues from interests, communication skills, conflict styles, managing the emotional climate and power dynamics.
This course is a prerequisite for the "Mediation Process" course; a 3 day workshop offered November 10-12, 2016. Completion of both courses counts as a 40 hour Basic Mediation Training and allows attendees to apply for the Mediator Certification Practicum.
